Overview
HDGC3927 is multi battery maintenance system to integrate online monitoring, battery discharging and capacity testing, high-frequency charging and DC inverter, which can perform real-time monitoring of the battery internal resistance, single-unit voltage, single-unit temperature, the total voltage/current at the end of the group, the battery remote capacitance verification, charging, and power recovery of a comprehensive maintenance system.
There is no need of any personnel to process and take safety measures at the site, and detach the battery group from the DC system to carry capacity testing. It can reduce the labor intensity of battery maintenance personnel, provide comprehensive scientific management tools for battery maintenance. Not only improve the timeliness of work, but also to achieve energy recovery, energy saving and environmental protection, reduce noise pollution.

Remote key control of 0.1C constant current discharge of the battery pack, adopting inverter and grid-connected discharging method. The whole process does not generate heat, the AC and DC circuits are physically isolated, and the discharged power is available for the station’s AC equipment, so that the whole discharging process is safe and energy-saving.
● Data analysis platform
The supporting background management software processes the collected data information, analyzes the remaining capacity of the battery, generates various curves and bar graphs, easily identifies backward monomers, effectively evaluates the performance of the battery pack, and provides intelligent early warning.
● Energy saving, carbon reduction and environmental protection
The nuclear capacity unit can directly invert the discharged power back to the grid, energy saving and environmental protection, and reduce noise pollution.
● Multiple discharge shutdown thresholds
Provide multiple discharge shutdown thresholds to avoid overcharging and discharging, and sufficient protection measures for various abnormal conditions during discharge.
